Jerry de Lange - Chief Executive Officer
He achieved a B.Comm Law degree at Northwest University (PU for CHE) and has 13 years experience in primarily the financial sector. He has a Certificate of Proficiency from the Insurance Institute of South Africa and through the various roles filled by him has attained a high level of experience in the challenges faced by the insurance, medical and call centre environments in South Africa. He has worked on numerous projects where custom built solutions were developed to meet the business needs, ranging from recovery to claims notification and validation to complete policy and claims management systems.
It was his passion for doing things better and more efficient which led him to design and implementing a Recovery Management system. After this he moved to the role of IS Manager where he designed, implemented and administered in-house systems, this role included the functions of business analysis as well as project management. He was also responsible to finding reporting solutions and ways to improve the flow of information in the business. After this he worked as senior business analyst on a fully fledged insurance application and designed and implemented a web based quoting system.
Elnita de Lange - Chief Operating Officer
She achieved a B.Comm Accountancy degree at Northwest University (PU for CHE) and has 13 years experience in the Information Technology industry. She completed her training as Content Management Administrator, Consultant and Trainer on Livelink. She has also completed a course in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Using her financial background and passion for numbers and technology she has filled various positions, including 6 years in the financial side of the business followed by project management and then for the last 6 years she has been involved in the maintenance and design of software systems. This last year and a half was spent as IS manager, a position previously occupied by Jerry.
Her passion and skills with technology and figures easily combine with her love to automate previously manual intensive tasks with simple automation, thereby contributing to improved quality of service and productivity.
